        研究領域

        我們實驗室的主要研究內容:

        1. 研究免疫與感染性疾病領域的重要生物大分子的結構和功能的關系。我們對膜上參與細胞信號轉導的復合物以及重要病原如HIV與宿主相互作用的蛋白及其復合物的結構與功能的關系進行研究。
        2. 研究細菌CRISPR-Cas系統以及噬菌體Anti-CRISPR系統的分子機制,以及它們共進化“軍備競賽”的分子機制。同時基于研究成果靶向設計高效的、特異性的基因編輯工具。
        3. 病原感染引發的細胞死亡的分子機制研究。HIV等病原體感染導致細胞死亡,我們希望通過對受感染細胞發生死亡的機制進行研究找出參與該信號途徑的重要分子和分子事件。我們采用整合的研究方法對感興趣、且具有重要意義的課題進行研究,這一系列研究手段包括病毒學、結構生物學、分子細胞生物學以及小鼠遺傳學等。將結構與體內外功能研究密切結合,從分子、細胞以及個體水平等多個層次,以較全視野研究目標蛋白質(復合物)分子結構和功能,及其信號調控機制。
        4. 除了上述結構生物學及信號通路方面的基礎研究外,我們也對免疫與感染性疾病發生過程中起關鍵作用的可溶/膜蛋白(復合物)的結構進行解析,并利用這些結構信息理性設計小分子藥物治療上述疾病。
